  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including those suspected of fraud or misuse.
  • Payment methods include prepaid options and Cash on Delivery (COD). Full payment is required before dispatch for prepaid orders, and upon delivery for COD orders.
  • Payment terms and methods are governed by our Payment Policy.

4. Pricing, Shipping & Delivery

  • All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and may change without prior notice.
  • Shipping Fee: Free shipping on all orders within Kenya.
  • Processing Days: Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM (East Africa Time, Nairobi). Orders placed after cutoff are processed the next business day.
  • Handling Time: 0–1 business day.
  • Transit Time: 1–2 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days from order confirmation.
  • Delivery delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public events, or force majeure, may occur.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns accepted: For both defective and non-defective products.
  • Exchanges accepted: Yes.
  • Return window: 7 days from delivery.
  • Product condition: New only, unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Return methods: In store or by mail (with prior approval).
  • Return label: Included in the package and free of charge.
  • Restocking fees: No cost.
  • Refund processing time: Within 7 days of approval.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
